Im part of the LXQT design team, where Im in charge of designing, polishing and fixing the environment themes. This are QSS (QT style sheets), which are very similar to CSS.

All this job is done using exclusively open source tools like Inkscape, Gimp, Agave, and others over Ubuntu Linux.
